Pricing

Pricing built around the team working the deal

One standard paid plan, priced per seat per month, with a 14-day free trial and a custom Enterprise tier for larger teams. Buyers never pay. Klosure is in its founding-cohort stage, and founding-tier pricing is locked for the life of the account.

How much does Klosure cost?

Klosure Growth costs $99 per seat per month (AED 365 or ₹9,500), exclusive of applicable taxes, and includes every capability of the deal execution engine. A 14-day free trial comes first, and a custom Enterprise tier covers larger teams. The buyer side is always free — buyers never pay and never sign up.

Stage

What founding-tier pricing means

Klosure is in its founding-cohort stage. The product is live and sold on a per-seat subscription with a 14-day free trial, and a small number of B2B teams are being onboarded directly by the founder.

  • You talk to the founder, not a support queue. Raja personally onboards every founding team.
  • What ships next comes from your deals. Founding teams get real weight on the roadmap.
  • Founding-tier pricing is locked for the life of your account — not a promotion that expires at renewal.

The third one is the part worth reading twice. List price will rise; a founding account’s rate does not move with it, and that is a term of the account rather than a promotion with an end date attached.

The details

How billing actually works

  • Quotas are pooled at the team level, not per rep. Meeting minutes, voice minutes and chat messages all draw from one shared pool sized by seat count, with notifications to the team owner at 80% and 100% of the pool.
  • Adding seats applies immediately with proration. Removing seats is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle, and the pending count is shown in the app.
  • The buyer side is always free. Buyers join a room by magic link and never pay, never sign up and never see a price.
  • Billing runs on Razorpay. Indian Rupees are charged directly today; US Dollar and UAE Dirham prices are display-only pending international card activation, and those customers are routed to a concierge form rather than a broken checkout.

There is no separate charge for the buyer side, no per-room fee and no charge for a buyer opening a link. That is a deliberate design choice rather than an introductory offer: a room the seller hesitates to send is a room that does not do its job.

Scope

What every paid seat includes

Klosure is one product rather than a set of modules, so the capability list does not change between Growth and Enterprise. Enterprise changes seat counts, pooled quotas and support.

  • Klo coaching on every email, meeting and silence
  • The confidence engine, with evidence on every factor
  • Rep dashboard, manager cockpit and the deterministic forecast
  • Daily focus and weekly brief for reps and managers
  • Ask Klo, scoped to your own deals and team
  • Email and calendar capture: Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365
  • Meeting capture: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
  • 15 hours of notetaker meetings per seat, pooled across the team
  • Buyer Rooms with magic-link access — buyers never pay and never sign up
  • HubSpot and Zoho CRM lead inflow and one-way deal push

What is not included on any plan

  • There is no native Salesforce integration yet. A Salesforce team still runs Klosure standalone — it reads email, calendar and meetings rather than the CRM — and moves deals across by CSV export.
  • There is no two-way CRM sync. Deals push out one way, leads pull in, and nothing edits a Klosure deal from the CRM side. The platform API is read-only for the same reason: Klosure derives its data from the deal itself, so an external write would be a claim with no evidence behind it.
  • Klosure does not capture phone calls or WhatsApp messages, so a deal negotiated mainly on those channels shows less signal than one run over email and scheduled meetings.
  • There is no SAML single sign-on yet, on any plan including Enterprise. Accounts sign in with email and password, with optional TOTP multi-factor authentication.

Currencies

Currencies and payment

Klosure is sold worldwide. Its primary markets are the United States, India and the United Arab Emirates — which is why pricing is published in US Dollars, Indian Rupees and UAE Dirhams rather than converted at checkout.

CurrencyPrimary marketGrowth, per seat per monthCharged today
US Dollar (USD)United States$99Concierge — international card processing is not yet active
Indian Rupee (INR)India₹9,500Charged directly through Razorpay
UAE Dirham (AED)United Arab EmiratesAED 365Concierge — international card processing is not yet active

Each published currency is a market Klosure actually sells into, not a conversion done at checkout.

We would rather say this on the pricing page than at the checkout screen. The USD and AED prices are real and are what you will be invoiced; the card rail for them is pending activation with our payment provider, so those customers are routed to a concierge form rather than a broken payment page. Two of our three primary markets sit behind that form, which is why it is the thing we most want to stop having to write.

Klosure is sold worldwide. If you are outside these three markets, pricing is in US Dollars and the same concierge route applies.

Administration

Security and administration on every plan

Accounts authenticate through Supabase Auth with email and password. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. TOTP multi-factor authentication is available on all accounts. Sessions are short-lived JWTs with refresh tokens and enforced idle and absolute timeouts. Failed logins are rate-limited.

Row Level Security is enforced at the database layer on every table holding customer data. A user can read or write only rows matching their own auth identity; manager-scoped queries are validated through RLS-enforced joins against team membership. Tenant isolation cannot be bypassed from the client.

Klosure does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any equivalent third-party security certification yet, and does not claim one. The controls above are documented in the InfoSec policy and are reviewed at least every six months.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does Klosure cost?

Klosure Growth is $99 per seat per month, or AED 365 or ₹9,500, exclusive of applicable taxes. It is the single standard paid plan and includes every capability of the engine. A 14-day free trial comes first, and Enterprise is a custom tier for larger teams. The buyer side is always free.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, with full Klo coaching, email and meeting capture and buyer link sharing. The trial is not modelled as a paid offer anywhere in Klosure’s structured data, because listing a zero price would get the product described as free, which it is not.

Do buyers pay anything?

No. The buyer side is always free. Buyers open a per-recipient magic link with no signup and no password, and never see a price. Klosure charges the selling team per seat, per month.

Are meeting minutes per seat or shared?

Shared. Growth includes 15 hours of notetaker meetings per seat, pooled across the team, and meeting minutes, voice minutes and chat messages all draw from one pool sized by seat count. The team owner is notified at 80% and 100% of the pool.

What happens when we add or remove seats?

Adding seats applies immediately with proration. Removing seats is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle, and the pending seat count is shown in the app so nobody is surprised by the next invoice.

Can we pay in USD or AED?

USD and AED are the published prices and are what you will be invoiced, but international card processing is not yet active on Klosure’s payment provider. Those customers are routed to a concierge form rather than a broken checkout. Indian Rupee payments are charged directly today through Razorpay.

Which countries does Klosure sell to?

Klosure is sold worldwide. Its primary markets are the United States, India and the United Arab Emirates, which is why pricing is published in US Dollars, Indian Rupees and UAE Dirhams rather than converted at checkout. Buyers in other countries are quoted in US Dollars on the same terms.

What does founding-cohort pricing mean?

Klosure is in its founding-cohort stage: a small number of B2B teams onboarded directly by the founder. Founding-tier pricing is locked for the life of the account rather than being a promotion that expires at renewal, and founding teams get real weight on what gets built next.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise covers custom seat counts, higher pooled quotas and dedicated support. It does not unlock different product capabilities — Klosure is one product. It also does not include SAML single sign-on, which is not available on any plan today.
