About

Built by a B2B sales operator who wanted the truth earlier

Klosure exists because of a specific, repeated experience: a deal that everyone believed in right up until the quarter ended, where every fact needed to see it coming was already sitting in somebody’s inbox.

Who built Klosure, and why?

Klosure was built by Raja Komatipalli, a B2B sales operator with 15+ years selling B2B software — primarily HR and L&D SaaS — across the Gulf and India. He built it because the CRM records what a seller types, and the evidence that would have shown a deal slipping was already in the email thread, unread by any system.

The problem

The problem that kept recurring

Every quarter has the same shape. A handful of deals are called Commit with real conviction. One or two of them do not close, and the post-mortem finds that the signs were all there: the champion had gone quiet three weeks earlier, the approver had never joined a call, and a security question had been asked twice and answered once.

None of that was hidden. It was in the thread. What was missing was a system that read the thread instead of the field a seller filled in about the thread.

A CRM records what the rep typed. Klosure reads what the buyer did.

Raja Komatipalli, Founder

That experience is not decoration on an about page — it is in the product as rules. The working weeks, the holiday freezes and the procurement floors on the coaching and forecasting pages come from selling in those markets, and they are the parts of the product that a team selling only in North America would never have thought to build.

Principles

What the product refuses to do

Most product principles are aspirational. These are the ones enforced in code, which is a different kind of claim.

The AI never goes around the rep

Buyer-facing messages are drafted and wait for approval. Klo never sends email on its own — that is an invariant, not a setting. Auto-send is a per-deal setting a rep switches on themselves, and it covers Buyer Room questions only. A rep who never approves a draft sends nothing.

A score nobody can talk up

Only buyer signals, system signals, verifiable facts and elapsed time move confidence. Structural gaps cap it in deterministic code that overrides the model.

Evidence or an absence flag

Every factor carries a quote of at most 25 words, its source messages and its date — or is explicitly flagged as an absence when the missing thing is the signal.

Never invent a fact for a buyer

Security-questionnaire answers come only from the team’s own corpus. Anything it does not cover is flagged as needing input rather than fabricated.

The buyer’s view is built from an allowlist

The seller’s confidence score, factors, blockers and strategy are never placed in the payload a buyer receives — not hidden, absent.

Say what we do not do yet

Not yet: SAML SSO, two-way CRM sync, native Salesforce integration, phone or WhatsApp capture. Published as “not yet” rather than hidden, because a capability we imply and lack costs more later than one we name.

Where we are

Klosure is in its founding-cohort stage

Klosure is in its founding-cohort stage. The product is live and sold on a per-seat subscription with a 14-day free trial, and a small number of B2B teams are being onboarded directly by the founder.

Klosure is early. We would rather say so than pad a page with logos we have not earned.

What a founding-cohort customer gets

  • You talk to the founder, not a support queue. Raja personally onboards every founding team.
  • What ships next comes from your deals. Founding teams get real weight on the roadmap.
  • Founding-tier pricing is locked for the life of your account — not a promotion that expires at renewal.

None of that is an inducement invented for this page. It is what a company at this stage can actually offer, and it stops being true the moment there are enough customers that the founder is no longer the person on the call — which is the point at which we will change this section rather than quietly keep it.

Backing

Who is behind Klosure

Klosure has no customers to name yet, and would rather say so than assemble a logo wall out of things that are not customers. What it does have is two programmes that admitted it.

Google for Startups

Google’s programme for early-stage startups.

T-Hub

Google for Startups and T-Hub are programmes that admitted Klosure. They back the company; they are not customers of the product. The distance between “supported by” and “trusted by” is the distance between a claim that holds up on a reference call and one that does not.

Where to go deeper

  • The complete product reference explains the mechanism end to end, including the confidence engine and every route a rep has to move a deal forward.
  • The comparison page covers how Klosure differs from notetakers, CRM AI, copilots and digital sales rooms — including the jobs those tools do better.
  • The security page documents what Klosure connects to, what it processes and how access is controlled.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who founded Klosure?

Klosure was founded by Raja Komatipalli, a B2B sales operator with 15+ years selling B2B software — primarily HR and L&D SaaS — across the Gulf and India. Klosure is the tool he wished he had on every deal he ever ran.

Where is Klosure based?

Klosure is operated by Raja Komatipalli as a sole proprietorship from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Customer data is stored in Supabase Postgres in the ap-south-1 region in Mumbai, India, and the operating entity is stated in the InfoSec policy given to payment processors and procurement teams.

How big is the Klosure team?

Klosure is a single-founder operation today, and says so rather than implying scale it does not have. That is also why the security controls are documented at a scale appropriate to it, and why founding-cohort customers talk to the person building the product rather than to a support queue.

Is Klosure generally available?

Klosure is available now on a per-seat subscription with a 14-day free trial, and is onboarding a founding cohort of B2B teams. It is early, and the site says so instead of padding pages with logos it has not earned.
